Return\Refund Policy

We have a 15-day policy for reporting any issues with your order, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to notify us if it is damaged or incorrect.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item compared to what you ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for other reasons, such as incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse, as our products are custom-made to order.

To report an issue or request an exchange, please contact us at rb.concept.studio@gmail.com. Include a description of the problem, photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions on the next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or exchange. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Incorrect Products, or Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, incorrect, or you need an exchange due to our error, contact us within 15 days so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges
If you need an exchange due to an error in your order, contact us at rd.concept.studio@gmail.com within 15 days. We’ll review your request and provide instructions for exchanging the item. Once the exchange is approved, we’ll send a replacement item as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we’ll process a refund or arrange for a replacement. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
